How can highlight the word document's key word using C#??

I have open a word document in my application.I want hight the key word in the word document.How can I do??
such as highlight all the word "you" in the document(*.doc)

in my word Document is having text "I have".if i loop through the words i am gettiing only the "I" as one word and "have" is one word. i want to Highlight the entire string.How can i do? thank you!!
