Publish custom form list in sharepoint 2010

i custome and publish my custom form in infopath 2010,every thing alright but when i create new or edit item in my custome form in sharepoint 2010 my form like blank page (all control lost)

any one can help me solve this problem

They are both beta products, not everything is working or working correctly

Accidently, I come across the similar problem as you said. Try to convert the custom form in infopath 2010 into available webpart in SharePoint .
