Find MS Access & Excel Installed in Server or Not

Hi All,
* I have requirement to find weather MS Access of Excel is installed in Server or not
* If installed need to get info on Version Installed ,Installed Date and create a EXE file so on click we can see info in UI

Can any one help me how can I do this
