How to modify the Recently closed form library in sharepoint2010

I have a form library Column fields YearofResig, Formstatus,name,Ticket no,Employe,Dept,location and the Data is YOR 2013-14, FormStatus Closed, Name XXX, TicketNo 1234 but i want to recently FormStatus is closed by any one of that column fields How to modify that? if any
please suggest me
