How to play video in asp.net

i want to display a video in my webpage....
whenevr a user clicks the video gets streamed on and it doesnt;t sends us to any other youtbe typ page.....and i have saved that video on my file on local disk
so hw cn i do so..
asp.net C#..
please help me out
