how to resolve SVN problem

Hi,

My project is there in svn when i try to access this from solution i am getting nuget package problem.and when i try to solve the problem by restoring it .it is not getting resolved.error occured while restoring package.

How to resolve this problem.

Verison of Visual Studio? "nuget package problem": error message?
What about using a different package for accessing svn - e.g. Tortoise which integrates into Windows explorer instead of Visual Studio?
