How Do I Combine An Old User Handle With A New One?

Not sure who is reading this, Chris M. or whomever...it's been so many years. Finally removing myself from my controlling "other" and want to be active again. Would like to combine past CP experience if possible with new handle.

Love you guys--miss you all. But hate the tag requirement!
