what version of Crystal report is needed for client machine

i have made a setup file in vs10(vb.net).i have also Crystal Report Visual Studio 2010 (4.0) ..but when installing crystal report its showing "you must already have visual studio 2010 installed to proceed with this instalation ".

so what version is needed for windows xp and windows 7 as wel for client side installation...

Solution 1

You don't need to install crystal report itself. As a part of your package include crystal report runtime package.
