I guess you think of the keyboard layout when you say "font" - a very common misconception...
In the Enter event of the textbox, select the "InputLanguage" for Myanmar, in the Leave event set it back to the previous value (likely en-US). For changing the InputLanguage, see e.g. http://www.hightech.ir/SeeSharp/changing-keyboard-layout-input-language-in-c[^]
