how to download multiple images

Hi,
I am a beginner of HTML. I have a small project in which following to be done. Can you guide me for writing html code which can run on PC & also on smart phones.

Requirements are as follow:
(1) To load PNG/JPG files ( urls entered in code “URL”) and it prompts OUTPUT as a static html file.
(2) This html file also contain two Checkboxes-[1] Activate to save(download) in local folder1 ….
[2] Activate to save(download) in local folder2,, for above static HTML file (in which images are shown as enter by url addresses)
(3) A Submit button which performs “ DOWNLOAD NOW” for selected checkboxes objects.
(4) Two input field,,(1)..path for saving on local folder1 …(2)..Path on saving local folder2.
