now I Want access (MDB) table_1 start To date 01-04-2014 (Hide Prev Year Trans)
how can crate i new balance as under

Solution 1

You can do one thing, you can create trigger where date is 31 and month is March(03) then transfer all your data into backup table and insert new row with date 01-Apr-CurrentYear with last year balance amount.

Hope it will give solve your problem.
