How Do I Populate The List Of Directories With A Checkbox In Front Of Evey Directory Followed By A Textbox And Combobox At Runtime ?

I am working on a project where i need to take a location from the user and i need to populate the list of directories. This is quite simple and has been accomplished.
What is required is depending on the number of directories/folders , there will be as many no. of checkBox , textBox and ComboBox. All the input and output is on a tabPage.
The format will be as follows

checkBox Folder/directory name textBox comboBox

I am not able to understand what sort of layout to use as i need to transfer the selected row to a different control.
Can anyone please help with what layout should i use and how do i position these above controls on the tabPage.
