How Do I Get Popup In Mvc4

Hi , I'm new to MVC4. Now I'm doing a project in MVC4 razor view. I had a requirement that is when I click on the button a popup should be displayed which takes input from the user then by clicking on the OK button in the popup the values should be stored in the database. Can any one help me.
