How to get data from digital input device in JSP

My project needs to get signature from user using USB Graphics Drawing tab (a digital input device). I have seen these devices being used by RTO officers to get the signature of applicants for Driving License (in India).
Well, I could not find any way to do this in JSP or neither in any other language. Googled it but could not get any solution.
Anyone who has done this before please help me with this issue!
Any solution will be highly appreciable.
