how I apply animAtion while opeNing anOther form?

suppose I have one button name as "open new form" . to this button I give the link of another form to open it. . now once I click on the button the form needs to be open with some animation. plz tell me how I do it?

That depends on what you mean by "animation" and which applicaiton framework you're using, like Windows Forms or WPF. Neither of which you specified.
