Optimize The Windows 7 Paging File using c#

Dear Friends,
how can i optimize windows 7 paging file through a windows application using c# . If u have windows 7 then go to Control Panel\System and Security\System , after that click on Advanced System Settings link ,then click on Advanced tab . You will see there performance Settings button Click on that button and go to advanced tab .There have two options of virtual memory windows. This task i want to do in c#. Only virtual memory windows tab work. Thank you.
