Access Menu on Nokia 6500 with C#

Good day guys

Im just new in mobile development but building my foundation stronlgy.Im currently using a nokia 6500 and would like to access the menu in my sim card via a c# programm i developed.Now is there any nokia API or dll i can use because i understand i can not use AT commands directly. Any help

You are less likely to get sensible answers with your subject 'Good Day Guys', you should change it to something that reflects your problem.

Something like 'Accessing sim card via C#' is far more likely to interest people with the right skill set. I have added the Mobile Tag in the hope that it will help but leave it to you to choose a better subject. :)
