I want to open Excel workbook from my wpf application in office Excel-2013

and read write and at close its auto update in my application.so how can i develope Addins in VSTO-2013 excel Addins.

Second - from the results of your efforts at research start building the Addin you need

problem is opening excel problem its takes time to open workbook when i clicked excel workbook in my application it open in excel take time and its load when i clicked on that excel icon for many time.
