Could someone help me how to set up a serial port connection or interface to arduino using C/C++ of Microsoft Visual Studio 2012

I read many forums to set up serial connections between arduino and pc and they commonly use C# to it, the other is C++ but windows form application, I want to make using console application. Can someone knew about this? :(

Setting up the serial port would be exactly the same whether it is a winform or a console. What is the actual problem?

the problem is i use win32 console application in my c++ not CLR console application. Is it possible to have serial connection to arduino using this type of C++?
