I have work in CSV file to read column values when search by column name,following data are my CSV file contains

ID,Journal,Article Type,Author
PONE-D-13-35970,pone,Research Article,Mohandas

i need when i give "JOURNAL" means it will retrieves "PONE" like that i want can any one help me.
