datatable with gridview

I have two sql tables having same structure and some of the records are same, i want to compare the record of one table with another to identify difference any one or two columns and show both table records in gridview to make decision which data is to update with another

so why? It seems you didn't "get" the little ironic hint to improve your "post" to a "question" (aka: a sentence ending with a questionmark). No jokes aside: requirement is clear, but you didn't:
Use any hint which technology you are using (I assume WinForms?),
show your current code,
mention what stops you from implementing,

So what kind of "answer" would you expect - again, there is no question to answer...
Also "I can't implement it" could mean a lot or nothing - you see?
