Live stream from computer into a website

Actually im now in the midst of making a live streaming project in which i want to stream a MJPEG stream from my computer (dynamic IP) and send it to my website and through it clients can see the stream with a simple login way

i have built a MJPEG streamer myself but the problem now is i need guidance for the furthur steps cause i got confused with wat i need to do next.

i also need help with voice streaming too

Kindly do anything of help. i know it is not a copy paste way thats y with some help i can do it successfully thats y im seeking u guys for help
