How can I upload my web application using ASP.Net in the internet?

I am having a hard time to make my ASP.Net web application to be accessed and viewed by my users. Someone told me about the IIS and I do not know on how to deal with it regarding the Internet Information System(IIS). I followed the steps provided to me from the answers posted from my previous question posted here at CODE PROJECT and my PC only displaying windows cannot find it or when I check it to the Administrative Tools, there is nothing IIS in there.
So, did anyone here have tried to upload it to the net? How? Is there any website that I can go and upload my web application-like free web hosting for ASP.NET, something like that? Also the steps to do that. Or if you can, please post here link of a tutorial on how to use that free web hosting, if there's any :) Please, HELP ME :)

Hi DarkDreamer,

I wouldnt recommend you to use FREE hosting. If you just host simple asp.net site, try asphostportal.com. This is for US based server. If you need europe server, try hostforlife.eu. Hope this help
