sql Db to java using excelsior jet applicaition

I have a database iam using phpmyadmin MYSQL with my database and
the filename extension .sql

My question is how to add mySQL database to my java program using excelsior jet and we know that excelsior jet provide an installer for your java program.
im using netbeans ide 8.0.

2 different things to my point of view:

You are trying to use a mysql database in your app.

And you are trying to use Excelsior Jet[^] to complie the app.

that has nothing in common.

QUESTION:
Are you trying to integrate a database into the app? So that you can deploy that database with the app?
