Which is best for temporary storage (datatable or cache)

Hi, All

Here my problem is i want to dynamically add data as datatable or cache and i created dynamic gridview,

EX:

client add two rows in dynamic gridview, first row in image button i have dynamic textbox so in that he add three textbox with value like "value1,value2,value3" and second row in gridview he add two text box and value like "secondrow1,secondrow2" finally when he clicked the save button i save and retrieve the textbox value in textbox

how can i make it help me....
