How to prevent multiple Balloon tool tips and show only one Balloon tool tip message for one control.

Hi,

I have created one text box in windows application.

Textbox should allow only characters. If digit is pressed, showing tool tip message as Digits are not allowed.

but if i keep on pressing digits, multiple tooltip messages are shown.

How to prevent multiple tooltips and show only one tooltip message.

Please help me on this.
