I cant post full code here, i can guide you like design a registration module,
You can do 2 ways
1) for Registration module have user registration date field. you compare the logged in user on every login is his registration is done 11 months back
2) On registration time have another field renew date add value to this field and check the date on user login. if the user crossed that day redirect to renew
