See more: VS.NET2003 C++ TurboC++
I am having a project in Borland Turbo C++, I need the same project to be converted to Microsoft VS 2003 VC++ project. Is it possible to do conversion in .Net?

This is confusing. VS200 is a VERY standards compliant compiler. VC6 ( what you tagged your question ), is not. Either way, if you're using stuff that's not real C++, but part of Turbo C++, then no, you will need to convert it to C++ yourself.
