How do I create a VPN network in VB.NET?

Hello,

I'd like to make a program that uses the same process as Hamachi to allow users to join a virtual network, so nobody needs to portforward to host servers on a game I'm making. Is this possible without Rasdial and such? Hamachi doesn't need it...

That just leads to the use of rasdial... hamachi doesn't use that.
