How Do I Get Value From Td In Javascript

Dear sir or madam.

I have an HTML table created with dynamic data and cannot predict the number of rows in it. What I want to do is to get value of cell when change the value from it and also want to update that value outside of the table in input field.
so please help me

why not use jquery and DataTable?
you can dynamically get value from id there
