Greetings to all programmers on this forum. I am emmanuel from Nigeria, abia state to be precise. I am in my 3rd year in a high institution, studying computer science but to be sincere, i don't know anything about programming. I just bought a computer system so i want to be a good programmer like u all. Please guys, i really need help, i really want to be a good progrmmer. What do i do and how do i start?

Study, write code, study, write lots of code, take classes, write tons of code.

The shortcut is code, study 18/7, other 6 hours for everything else. But, if you are smarter than I am then you might not need that hard work. By the way I am pretty dull.

The article does provide some links to basic tutorials as well to get you started, but the actual site[^] that is the subject of the article, looks very promising as a source for both gaining experience and feedback.
