It's in French so no idea. But I will tell you that it is a formula, something you could easily discover by reading the documentation or using the Help key.

This is from the french excel page translated into english by google.

SOMME.SI

Afficher tout View all
Adds the specified cells if they meet a given criteria.

Syntax

SOMME.SI (range, criteria, sum_range)

range is the range of cells on which to base the function.

criterion is the criteria in the form of a number, expression, or text that defines the cells to sum. For example, the criteria argument can be expressed in the following forms: "32", "> 32", "apples".

sum_range represents cells to sum.

Notes

The cells included in the argument sum_range are added if and only if the corresponding cells in the argument range meet the criterion.
If sum_range is omitted, it is the cells of the argument beach are added.
Microsoft Excel provides additional functions that you can use to analyze data based on a condition. For example, to count the number of occurrences of a text string or a number within a range of cells, use the COUNTIF To ensure that a formula returns a value or two (s) based (s) on a condition such as a bonus for selling a certain amount based on sales, use the IF function.
