Why? And how can it be related to ASP.NET?
A Web application doesn't control your browser. Imagine that some browser doesn't have tabs — what would you application do? :-)

The top level of your application hierarchy in a web page is window! That means you can not reach out for other windows except you have opened them, in which case you can store a reference of the upon opening...
So the simple answer is NO!
To take it to an other level, let me ask you a question: What would you do with a peace of software (web page for that matter) that would close all your opened web pages upon interaction!
You see! Remember that that is NOT YOUR computer! It isn't up to you to manage it and make decisions about it - that's a right saved for the end user...

You can go reverse and open you page in New Window, That should work for you.
