upload image and description using asp.net?

here once upload image display in gridview after once upload description means "hi how are you" display in gridview

here once upload image display only image and description post display only description in gridview

here gridview or datalist control which is best

here am used upload image: fileupload control
and description: textbox and post button

please reply me any examples and this is possible or not otherwise this way process steps
