I have some screens developed in Adobe Illustrator. My requirement is to automatically convert the objects in Illustrator into objects in Cimplicity. Can anyone help me on how this can be done?

Looks like the .cxt and .cim file formats used by Cimplicity are not officially documented, and there is no API for them. Google search and the search facilities on the Cimplicity site returned no response to searches on ".ai file," or "Illustrator."

But, just because I can't find it in fifteen minutes, doesn't mean something is not there !

The site: FileExtensions.org [^] is useful for researching file extensions, and possible conversions.

Keep in mind that you can use tools like GhostScript to reduce Illustrator files to the simplest possible "flattened" PostScript: [^]: for an example of a GhostScript command-line tool to do that, see: [^].
