Hi all, i'm newbie in Continuity Care of Record and i would like to implement this in my web application for collecting patient data. Is there any library available for creating CCR in PHP?

Yes but i can't see any tutorial/library for creating ccr with PHP.

Then maybe there isn't one.

As the format is in XML you should be able to read and write without a pre-defined library.
Or create your own and write an article about it.

Thank you. With a ccr xml file, i would like to import and rendering data (using XSLT). Its my requirement. Any PHP tool for this?
