how to start with bonjour .net sdk to detect pc / device with wifi in same network?

Hi,

i need to transfer a file from window machine to iphone and i found out that bonjour sdk provided by apple can help to detect the machine with wifi on same network and we can snyc files. i download bonjour and mono zero conf files and try to see some of the example but it's little bit complex for me and don't know where to start for above mentioned scenario? does anyone have some idea ?

I was under the impression that Bonjour could only notify other devices, not actually transfer files: do you know that file transfer is possible using only Bonjour ?
