How Do I Acess The Frame Buffer Of Hdmi On Android? Are There Any Api's?

Hi all,

I want to access the frame buffer of HDMI .Later on i want to process that buffer.Does Android provide any API to do that?? If not, how can i do it in windows??
have researched over the net however could not find any useful API.

Any help or suggestion will be really appreciated.
