email registration on button click event

i want to send a validation link to email id from textbox and on click of that link in mailbox the registration is complete in c#

help anyone!!!

As a result of recent discussion, Members are not reporting such questions and as a result, quality of QA is going down rapidly. I am pretty sure,there will be a horrible QA in upcoming days.

Hm, I'm still reporting when they are clearly incomplete, like this one.

Solution 2

It is simple to send Confirmation mail to users after successful registration with an activation link through it he can complete his registration.

Thnx but i got the error The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was: 5.5.1 Authentication Required.
