Need a code to embedded flash player into WMP control on a webpage

I need a code that put flash plyer into wmp frame/control.

This helps to make video stay full-screen on a second monitor while working on the first monitor.

Flash player alone cannot stay full-screen when we are out of the focus of the window.

Please anyone tell me how to code this.
