Problem with Crystal Reports export to Word after upgrade to IE 10

I am exporting a Crystal Reports report to Word. Site was built in Visual Studio 2005 C#.NET several years ago. Recently Internet Explorer was upgraded to IE 10 and not users are getting error message "XXXXXXX.doc couldn't be downloaded".XXXXXXX is the name of the file. It does work the first time I attempt to print, but not after that. Can anyone help? Thanks
