how to store associated records

Dear all,How are you i am developing a web application in which i have users
users have the following information(username,email,password,District,tehsil,uc,villages)
the problem state is below
The hierarchy of Districts,tehsils,ucs,villages is like that
the Districts have tehsils(mean on districts selection the tehsil will populated)
the tehsil have ucs(mean on tehsil selection the ucs will be populated)
the ucs have villiages mean on ucs selection the villages will be populated)
at designer i have done this ,but how to store the associated record that is the problem what will be the database design and table design how to store that ,if any one have an article or example like that please share with me .
