Missing reference of PresentationDesignDeveloper.dll

Currently I have installed
VS 2008 Professional vesion SP1
Framework 3.5 SP1

How I can add the reference of PresentationDesignDeveloper.dll in Visual Studio 2008. I didn't find the assembly in the add reference window.

I also checked on following path :

Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\Common7\IDE\Cider\PresentationDesignDeveloper.DLL  :(

Yes, I got the solution for this.

you need to install the Cider to use the VS 2005 features. Actually It has been merged in another DLL so it is not persent in VS2008, but if you still want to use, you can download from here....
