snapshot of iframe video using asp.net

I am using html iframe in my project and loading video in that iframe (can't use Video in HTML5) from different CDN. I want to take snapshot of that Iframe on button click at the time of playing video.

I have tried with Jquery and asp.net C#, but can't able to find any solution.
