windows app crash when open multible time

i developed an c# desktop app with 3 project and deployed by publish method in visual studio 2013 DEBUG > Publish > select path > From CS Rom or DVD Rom .. when run the app in my PC multiple time works fine but when run from another pc multiple time is crashed .... whats wrong ... i think the publish method is bad .

What's wrong? It could be any one of a million things. Do some diagnosis to find out what is happening. It's also not a good idea to publish debug versions of your application.
