How can define WebView open ftp site?

Hi,
I have local ftp server and it have lots of pdf.
i want to write a program which is open specific pdf file(i write the file address) and open it in webView or something on my android device.
Is this possible?

I try to connect using WebView its working normal http sites how ever when i write ftp:// its give this page not using(i try same adress on my computer its work) how can i open ftp sites screen on android?
