How to add table of content using .NET RTF Writer Library in C#

Hi,

I am using microsoft .NET RTF Writer Library in Asp.Net 4.5 to create rtf document. Using this library I have created the RTF document with header and footer. But still I have difficulty in creating table of content with page number.
Example -
Table of Content
section1--------------3
section2--------------4
section2--------------6
and so on

Can you please provide help on how to create table of content using .NET RTF Writer Library in Asp.Net 4.5.
