problem when break Point in datetimepicker value changed events fired

When the programming is running free it works, but when i inert break point in the datetimepicker event handler VS hangs for a minute or so. AFterwards i am not able to look in my variables and i cannot break again before restarteing the program.

Problem with your VS. It happens when sometimes Visual Studio get's hang or behave weird. Close the Visual Studio and try again or Restart the system once and then try. If nothing work then try to re-install the VS.

I have already try these possibilities and reinstall vs but same problem occure
