How do I develop a web app to pull out data from a database?

Hello.

Please I need to develop an application where I'm able to export customer data from a database in a csv file. The application will be able to select the country, city and date.

Is there any resource I can be directed to, I'm new with php.

Please help. Thank you.

Maybe your database engine could help you. For instance, you can directly create a CVS file from MySQL data: "Export CSV directly from MySQL"[^].
