Please can you help me.
I want to ask about, Iwant to upload image on web page and I need to add or write somthing on this image.Is it possiple and would to give any code about this
I need it by ASP.NET by C#

but I can't open it" - why not? I can view the page and d/l the files OK. Or is it that you don't know how to open ZIP files?

Solution 1

You cannot do it directly, but you can copy it to a file and use Paint or other Graphic tools to achieve the result and then save the resultant image.

Yes it is possible.
Look at the Graphics.FromImage and Graphics.DrawText methods.
